El trato del personal formidable y gran surtido de todo. Iba buscando un artículo de menaje que no encontraba en ningún sitio y aquí lo tenían. La exposición es increíble!!! Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Sitio muy recomendable para comprar lo que sea para tu hogar.

Bought a mattress and some pillows from this store today. The store has been recommended to us so we did not check reviews. There was some urgency as our existing mattress was not fit for purpose and causing back ache. Dealt with Sofia and another younger lady with glasses who had great English. Got a half price deal on a sprung mattress and after initially saying they could not deliver until the following week (when we would have returned home) they offered to deliver mattress the same day for free. They gave a half hour delivery window. When we returned home with the pillows we checked reviews and were a bit concerned the item would not arrive at all or would not be the correct item. However happily for us the correct and well packaged mattress arrived on time and the two very nice guys carried it into our house. Very happy with the item and the service thank you Centrogar. We would purchase from this store again.

Productos de muy buena calidad y muy amables. Lo recomiendo. He comprado unos productos de Cecotec y he visto que tiene una gama muy amplia . Lo recomiendo

Mal trato por la dueña o la persona mayor que está en la planta superior. Se nos estropeó una nevera que estaba en garantía y después de un mes , nos dicen que está fuera de plazo y nos trato muy muy mal

BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU BUY! The Product didn’t work and when I wanted to return it, they didn’t want to give me my money back. Only a Giftcard… I was on holidays so there was no way I could make use of the giftcard, besides I never want to buy here again. I asked if I can gift the GiftCard to another person. Just to a stranger on the streets, since I was about to leave the Island. And it would be sad to waste… But no, they needed to put a name and ID on the GiftCard so only one person can use it… Besides all that, the employees are very rude and not helpful. I tried to buy some other this with the gitcard than… but what ever I wanted to buy, was out of stock and they only offered me the display model. FOR THE SAME PRICE! Wasted a lot of money…

Pésimo servicio. He tenido un problema con una lavadora con un desperfecto. Se reclama al día siguiente a la compra y me dicen que lo resolverían. Dejan pasar el tiempo y cada vez llamaba me decían que lo revisarían y me llamarían. Mi sorpresa es que pasados unos meses me dicen que no les consta la incidencia (pasada por correo con fotos) y que al después de tantos meses no se puede hacer nada. Hablo con una tal SOFÍA que al comentarle que revise el correo me dice que no tiene acceso y tampoco conoce la dirección ante mi propuesta de reenviárselo, suelta el auricular sin colgar….lamentable.

Tengo que contar mi experiencia haber si alguien me lo puede explicar. Compré 3 colchones viscoelástico. Dos de 90 y uno de 1.35 para amueblar una casa. Los compré por teléfono porque estaba en península. Una vez allí decido poner dos camas de 1,35…..y me digo….voy a la tienda le entrego un colchón de 90 , me llevo uno de 1,35 y pago la diferencia. Esto es……… que compró un colchón más caro. Me presento con mi colchón completamente cerrado….es de los que van enrollados…para dejar ese y llevarme otro más caro y va y me dice que ya se ha pasado el periodo de cambio y que no me lo cambia………y yo le digo….. señora pero si no es una devolución……es cambiar un colchón por otro más caro……..no le estoy pidiendo dinero….al contrario….me voy a gastar más. Pues nada macho…….. Sólo tengo una cosa muy clara que puedo deducir de lo sucedido. Esa señora tiene que estar podrida de dinero. Obviamente no voy a comprar nada más allí para el resto de la casa Esta ha sido mi experiencia. Espero les haya gustado. Un saludo. Buen día!!

BE AWARE BUYING FROM HERE!! Also avoid dealings with the Rude Manager – Sofia So, the reason for the 1star and “ be aware” warning. This shop does sell quite nice quality items- Hence why I have spent probably around £4,000 Euros over the Years- But believe me, I won’t be spending another penny! Yesterday We purchased an Office desk for around 225 Euro. The Desk came Flat packed, which we obviously realised on collection from the Warehouse. On opening the pack there were no Assembly Instructions. There was a bag full of nuts/bolts/screws etc. Admittedly I am no DIY Guru- Especially without Instructions. I immediately packaged the two boxes back up and returned to the store. (About 3 hours after purchase) On explaining to a really nice member of staff that there were no instructions and there was no way I would be able to put this together, I asked for a refund. She pointed out to me that there was a no refund policy and goods could be exchanged or a Credit note issued” I said I’d only been gone 3 hours and for 2 1/2 of them they had been closed, so I’d returned asap. She asked me to go upstairs and see the Manager. Enter the introduction of Sofia. Sofia didn’t really speak good English (which is fine, because I’m not good with my Spanish either) She walked me over to the already assembled showroom model of my desk and in her broken English pointed at the desk and said “Easy” I told her if it was that easy then maybe she should make it up for me. I explained again that there were no instructions and it was not possible for me to put it together. I asked if I could take the showroom model away with me, but she was just rude and abrupt saying not possible and walking off back to her desk, where she sat back down and basically ignored me. I then spoke to another member of staff who was really nice and she apologised saying her Manager said she wouldn’t refund my money. I think they called someone in from the Warehouse, she spoke to the Manager and I requested that he help to assemble in the shop and I’d take it away in my car. He then disappeared and I asked the Lady what had been said. She said that the Manager refused to assist. I approached Sofia again trying to appeal to her better nature “ even though it seems she doesn’t actually have one” She just waved me away. I reminded her of the £4,000 Euro I had previously spent with them and she was still waving me away. I made it clear that I would review the shop on Social Media etc. and advise people not to buy from here. The Lady told the Manager what I had said and she then told me that her Manager had now refused to even give me a Credit note. I explained that I had been offered one from the Lady downstairs and was perfectly within my rights to have one. She explained this to her Manager and then offered me the Credit note, which to be fair does not have an expiry date.
