- "I was very disappointed in my last visit. I was shopping for Xmas photo outfits for my children and mentions to the sales associate that I was going to another store the next weekend and would be returning the items if I found something more suitable for the pictures. The next day I went to exchange the size and was confronted by the manager that I was planning on using and returning the clothing after they had been worn. I have been a very loyal client of this shop over the years and it was very hurtful, especially when shown the receipt with “No returns” written over the top. The assistant/manager immediately backtracked and said it was obvious the clothing was unworn and refunded my money. I declined a size exchange. The clothing is nice, but the customer service is lacking."
